Hosting & Maintenance
Every website is required to have a hosting plan and a security maintenance plan. Hosting is paid directly to the service provider Pantheon (Pantheon Pricing Guide) and security maintenance plans are paid to and done by Studio 1062.

Cost Transparency, Contracts, and Billing

Estimate & Project Outline
You will receive a detailed estimate of the proposed cost and a rough project outline 3-7 business days after the initial consultation.
Required Contract
All projects over $1,000 require a contract. This guarantees you a satisfactory product and guarantees Studio 1062 payment for services.
Cost Adjustment & Disclosure
Any increase in cost over 5 hours will be disclosed before the work is done. You will not be billed for more than 5 hours over the estimated cost without being notified in advance.
Website Maintenance Fees
Once your website goes live you will be required to pay a monthly maintenance fee for security updates. The minimum cost for this is $20/month and is dependent on the size and complexity of your website.
Hourly Billing & Invoicing
Projects are billed hourly and every hour spent on the project will be reported. All project invoices include dates worked, number of hours, and a description.
Deposit & Final Payment
(50/50) Half the estimate is required up front and the other half when the project is complete. Payment plans are an option and should be negotiated at the beginning of the project.
